Shri. Ashok Kumar, a graduate in Metallurgy from Punjab Engineering College, served as CEO of Adhunik Metaliks since 2010. He began his career as a management trainee at Bhilai Steel Plant, where he eventually rose to the CEO position. His extensive experience in the steel industry has established him as a leader who can effectively manage ambiguity and deliver on promises. Rear Admiral AK Verma, VSM (Retd.), a Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT, Jamshedpur, joined the Indian Navy in 1978. He specialized in both Marine and Aeronautical Engineering. After a 34-year career in the Navy, he was appointed Chairman & Managing Director of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) in 2011. Under his leadership, GRSE underwent a complete transformation in its infrastructure, vendor base, and work culture, handling a record 33 ships across seven different projects.
